- Ordering couldn’t be easier; simply add the products you would like to purchase to your cart.The shopping cart icon (next to the red offers button) will show how many products you have saved in your cart. Click on this icon, then on See My Shopping Cart button and this will direct you to the checkout. Click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You will then be asked for your billing and shipping details and your order will be confirmed! You will be sent a confirmation email once the order has successfully been placed and a notification once the item has been dispatched..
- Please allow up to 48 business hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. To make it even easier to shop next time, simply create your own personal account where you can securely store your information and view the status of your orders at any time.

- PAYMENT & PROMOTIONS
- If you have a discount/promo code enter it in the box, which states ‘Discount code’ when you get to check out. Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Apply Discount Code’. You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out, as it can’t be applied later.

(2) As our discount/promo codes vary, as do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any discount/promo code.

- At this time, we can only accept shipments to physical addresses in the USA, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50 across the United States and ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of request and are shipped ‘ground’ service from Virginia. Express shipping available at published prices. As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any trouble receiving your order, please don't hesitate to GET IN TOUCH

- International Shipping
- Orders can only be shipped to the United States. We regret that, at this time, we are unable to accept international orders.
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All product returns must have been purchased through the Karin Herzog US website. If you have purchased Karin Herzog products through another retail location, please contact that specific retailer for their return instructions.

Include your original packing slip or a note with your name, address, and telephone number and the reason you are returning the product Upon receiving your return, we will refund your purchase using your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges and taking into account any discounts offered at the time of purchase. Please allow up to seven business days for your return credit to be processed.
